Return Policy Overview

In our commitment to take care of you every step of the way, we offer a hassle-free, 14-day return policy that applies to jewelry. If you feel unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your order to us within 14 days of the delivery date. 

For Blank T shirts, if unopened and not tried on, we offer a 14-day return policy. If you feel unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your order to us within 14 days of the delivery date. 

To Return a Purchase:

To make a return, simply email and ship the jewelry back to us at our address ( CraftySIngh 1113 Oakley Dr, Murphy Texas 75094). Customer will pay for shipping the returned item back to us. Once your returned item is shipped, it should arrive at our facility within two to three business days. The returned item should be in original condition, undamaged and not discolored. All refunds will be processed within two weeks and credited back to your original payment method. Please note: Returns are limited to two returns per customer and/or household per year. Any shipping fees incurred at the time of placing your order will not be included in your refund.

Please note: Returns must be received at our facility by the 14th day of their return period and no later. Any item received after the 14-day return window will not get a refund.

2. Send your returned item packed in original packing to us through USPS. 

3. All refunds will be processed within two weeks and credited back to the original payment method.
